Yoga in Malaga & The Costa Del Sol
Based in the Malaga on the beautiful Costa Del Sol, I teach English speaking group, private and corporate Yoga.
Often we spend our lives busy and reacting to external pressures, we are not conscious of the way we move, think and speak. As a teacher I like to create space for my students to turn their attention inwards to connect with their bodies, their breath and observe/investigate their inner mind space, beneath all of the noise of everyday life.
Within my classes I focus on easing off tension at a physical as well as mental level for desk workers, digital nomads and those of us who sit a lot. I like to explore poses and how they are sensed within the body with the breath rather than what they ‘should’ look like. Regardless of age, experience and background I believe every body is different and completely unique in how they experience yoga, it’s your own journey.
Group and Private classes
I teach live in-person, online group and private classes for those looking to practice Vinyasa Flow, Yin or Yoga Nidra.
Yoga in your office, online at your home desk or wherever your remote teams may be.
I can help with live classes for internal wellbeing programmes, yoga for live events, retreats and conferences or private sessions.
Yoga for Women & Pregnancy
I offer pregnancy and postnatal specific group or private classes for women.
I also run a monthly Women's Yoga circle including healing female practices for all stages of your life.
The feedback from employees has been nothing but positive, with the majority of comments highlighting how energised they feel after these sessions and how their physical as well as mental wellbeing is impacted in a positive way!
