Do you want to look after the wellbeing of your employees and remote teams?

Yoga in the workplace can help not only address posture but also help with stress, burnout, focus, confidence and a feeling of connection. Even a small practice can be what keeps the balance during tough times.

I've created a fantastic, affordable practice for desk workers that you can do without even leaving your chair and can also provide regular classes and yoga for conferences and events. Get in touch to see how I can help you!

Yoga in Malaga & The Costa Del Sol

Based in the Malaga on the beautiful Costa Del Sol, I teach English speaking group, private and corporate Yoga.

As a teacher I like to create space for my students to unwind, connect with their bodies and breath, address their posture and ease off all aches and pains of being a digital nomad or working from home. I like to  explore and break down preconceptions of what poses should look like, believing every body is different and completely unique in how they experience yoga.

I like to give students space to observe and quieten their mind, connect and make it their own practice.

Yoga in English

All of my classes are taught in English but of course anyone is welcome to join! Whether you are an expat or digital nomad wanting to get straight into the flow or are wanting to improve your English in a friendly setting come join in!  Whether you are a desk sitter looking to improve your posture, a golfer needing to stretch or someone struggling with anxiety and sleep just looking for some deep rest, I am here to help. My classes focus on strength and mobility aiming to replenish and heal the body as well as giving space for the mind to still.

Vinyasa Malaga

I teach Vinyasa yoga which is a creative sequence flowing from pose to pose using the breath. Coming from a dance background I love to teach this style as I really think it allows you to get into the zone and flow, connect and strengthen the body. Learning to slow the breath and link this with body movements can have a profound effect on your mood and feeling of wellbeing. It’s a great style to start on as a beginner to yoga too, especially if you are used to more dynamic movement or exercise.

I teach group and private classes in Malaga in studio and on the beach. For now all my classes are online live via Zoom, where you can access from your living room from around the globe.

I really advocate the use of props in your yoga practice, especially as a beginner. I’m therefore offering Free yoga blocks from yogamatters with the purchase of a beginners course as a welcome gift from me to you.

I love VQ’s yoga classes. They are perfect for all levels and she really explains what each move is doing for your body, I feel like I’m always learning something new. Plus, she has the most calming voice – would highly recommend one of her classes!

Vic is a professional, kind ,friendly and calm teacher.  I feel stronger mentally and physically since taking up Yoga with Vic. Life would have been much harder in 2020 without her and my new love of Yoga.

I’ve attended Vic’s classes. They’re the highlight of my week and I feel great after each class. She takes the time to make sure you’re doing everything properly, but also ensures we’re all having a fun time too!
