Sometimes it can be difficult to just get time to yourself during pregnancy and as a new mum. As pre and post natal teacher I like to create a safe space for my students to unwind, connect with their bodies and breath and ease off all the aches and pains of pregnancy and being a mum! In my classes we also focus on pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yoga nidra to calm the body and the mind and give you the tools to take into the birth and beyond.
Taking time for self care and nourishment as a woman at this time in your life is so important and I like to hold a space for students to connect with like minded mothers in a supportive online community.
My pregnancy classes are suitable for all trimesters and backgrounds, including beginners to yoga.
I offer a 6 class pack of lessons for €42 for both my pre and post natal classes (valid for 2 months)

Move, breathe and connect with your body and baby. This class will include gentle yoga poses to help mobilise and strengthen your body and calming breathwork, meditation, relaxation to calm and nourish the body and mind in preparation for birth.
My pregnancy classes are suitable for all trimesters including beginners to yoga.

60 mins NEW CLASS STARTING 17 FEB 2021
Within this nurturing class we will allow space for you to heal the body, poses to safely bring back strength and rehabilitate the core and ease off the aches and pains of being a new mum. We will also include lots of calming breath work, meditation and relaxation to nourish and revitalise the body and mind.
Suitable for 6-8 weeks post birth if you have been signed off by your doctor to restart exercise.
Starting on 17 February

KiN Mama is a joint venture with my twin sister Lucy, a personal trainer and mum of 2. We believe in empowering pregnant and postpartum women to feel safe, energised, strong, relaxed and ready for birth and beyond - harnessing fitness & yoga as the perfect remedy.
We offer our integrated KiN Mama Pregnancy Duo class - 30 min fitness and 30 mins yoga, but also solo classes for pre and post natal fitness and yoga.
